Rick founded CertManager in 2024 after 30+ years in regulatory compliance testing and certification. Beginning his career in the United States Navy, Rick has enjoyed successful roles at Lucent Technologies, TUV Rheinland, and Bureau Veritas.
Yianni Papadopoulos
Chief Operating Officer
Versatile technology leader with deep expertise in product development, AI integration, and SaaS platform scaling. 25+ years experience in optimizing processes through data-driven strategies across multiple industries.
Kat Venardi
Vice President of Commercial Growth
Kat has spent 15+ years in the TIC industry beginning her career at TUV Rheinland. She has effectively led Global Market Access project teams for large TIC providers and her experience has helped build process automation tools necessary for customers and suppliers to collaboratively manage their global certification projects.
